When you purchase our team roping courses, you are purchasing a license to access digital educational content including videos, written materials, and related resources. Course access is typically granted within 24 hours of purchase confirmation and payment processing.

Payment Terms

All course purchases must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Course Content License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only. This license includes:

Results Disclaimer

While our courses are designed to help improve your team roping skills, individual results will vary based on factors including:

Your prior experience and natural ability
Amount of practice time invested
Quality of horses and equipment used
Frequency of participation in actual roping activities

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR ROPING SKILLS, COMPETITION RESULTS, OR EARNINGS FROM TEAM ROPING ACTIVITIES.

Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

All course sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in cases of:

Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved within 30 days
Duplicate purchases made in error (refund of duplicate purchase only)
Billing errors on our part

Refund Process

To request a refund for qualifying circumstances, contact us at support@ropetocatch.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

User Conduct
